I drive by this every day and wonder to myself who is worse. Is it Dr. Memar, the jackass pictured here trying to look majestic, noble and trustworthy in his outdoor billboard hawking unnecessary vanity procedures? Or is it the poor sap who feels he or she needs the services of this clown?
I see him chatting with Oprah and Obama at EBC.
